We won't hide fees, surprise you with charges, or make it difficult to leave.
Your 30-day trial asks for nothing but your time — no credit card required. If you decide Oak Tree isn't for you, canceling is simple, and we'll never quietly keep charging you.
If your family's story-telling pauses, we won't rush to erase it.
Life gets busy. If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, we give real time — measured in months, not days — before anything is touched, and we'll always warn you clearly before anything is removed. Your stories are never the first thing to go; your photos and videos get advance notice too, and you'll always have the chance to download everything for free before we ever remove it for good.
A steward's absence, or even their passing, will never quietly endanger a family's library.
Families change. Stewardship can pass to whoever is ready to carry it, and we built Oak Tree so that no single person's absence puts a family's stories at risk.
